Property Construction and Marketing Co., Ltd.

The company was registered in 1994 to operate as a construction contractor, specializing in the rental of sliding steel formwork, known as “slipforms.” To this day, the company provides slipform rental services and equipment operation control to clients, accumulating extensive experience in various types of construction projects and consistently delivering high-quality work to clients.

With extensive experience and a track record of quality work, the company has gained recognition from both domestic and international clients. Notable projects include cooling stacks for power plants in Ratchaburi and Krabi, lift shafts for office buildings, complexes, and numerous condominiums in Bangkok, silos for goods storage in major provinces across Thailand, and many more. This gives the company confidence that its highly efficient slipform system can construct the desired buildings within budget, while also saving overall construction time.

Slipform (vertical sliding formwork)

Slipform systems consist of steel formwork for concrete casting that can slide vertically using a hydraulic system. They are suitable for constructing tall buildings or structures. Originally designed for circular structures such as silos, they are now widely used for formwork in other building types, including elevator shafts, exterior walls (both office buildings and residential complexes), chimneys, bridge piers, water tanks, towers, and more.

The operation of this slipform system begins with assembling the components to create a formwork according to the desired building shape. Once the concrete is poured, the slipform gradually slides up to the full height of the building without needing to dismantle and reassemble the formwork, saving time and labor.

Furthermore, other tasks such as concrete surface finishing, concrete quality inspection, and rebar tying, or others, can be performed simultaneously with the formwork movement. This changes the overall workflow, making it faster and more efficient, while maintaining the accuracy and strength of the formwork.
